Chung-Han Lee

Chung-Han Lee is an Assistant Regional Counsel at the Office of the General Counsel (OGC) for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Region V. In that role, he serves as lead counsel on a variety of administrative and federal litigation matters involving HHS, and provides legal advice to HHS component agencies on various legal and policy issues. Prior to joining OGC, Chung was in private practice at Edwards Wildman Palmer, LLP in Chicago and Holland & Knight LLP in San Francisco. Chung is a graduate of the University of Michigan Law School. He also obtained a Master in Public Policy from the University of California, and a B.A. in American Studies from Stanford University.
